That was me back in 2016. Desperate to leave a job I’d begun to hate that gave me migraines ALL.THE.TIME. Dreaming of something I could do under my own steam without having to ask for permission every time I wanted an afternoon off.

I bit the bullet and did just that, starting a VA business from scratch in April that year. After a few false starts (erm……less than £500 in my first few months…..) I got in the swing of things and worked with a lovely group of clients. Life was great!

….I gave birth to my daughter Isobel and after I started working again I knew I needed to re-juggle my day now that my priorities had changed. I went on to match my last (well-paid!) corporate salary while working a lot less hours.

Was this easy? No. But was it worth it? Absolutely yes!

Even though my journey to successful VA was a bit of a squiggly line, the only I thing I wish I had done differently was to get support from a mentor a little bit sooner.

In my first year I had no idea where to prioritise my time and what my revenue-generating activities were

I didn’t know what was fluff and what was strategy, and I got totally distracted by new ideas and shiny objects (oh, and a LOT of comparison).

But once I got clear on what I actually wanted, I went on to work with over 23 clients: most 4 figure a month, long-term clients.

START: We put your plan in place by taking action. We get creative, we troubleshoot and we build momentum. Ultimately we launch your new venture! We’ll build the core of your business: your marketing copy, how to attract your ideal client, preparation for successful sales calls etc

SUSTAIN & SCALE: We’ve started and now’s the time to set a plan to make a consistent income from the business you love. We develop a unique plan for you and your business that you can smash once our 6 months together is over. We’ll set up the systems that will allow you to run your business with ease sustainably (you’re in this for the long haul after all)

Your 6 month 1:1 mentoring package includes:

• 1 x 60 minute kick-off call with me where we get to grips with what you want your dream biz to look like

• 18 x 45 minute calls (3 per month - the other week is your implementation week)
