My guest post on Caroline Britton Coaching: What is it really like to be coached by someone who fuses practically with spirituality?

I was recently asked by my business coach Caroline Britton to write a post for her blog about my experience of being coached by her. I jumped at the chance because not only is Caroline a fab coach, but I’m also a huge advocate of coaching in general.

A coach provides accountability and guidance, as well as strategic and practical support. There’s no doubt that I made waaaaaaay more progress while working with a coach than I ever could on my own, and I felt like what I could have learned solo in two years was condensed down into two months while on Caroline’s programme. I surpassed all the goals I set myself and I have enormous focus and enthusiasm for my plans for the next year and beyond with my signature Virtual Assistant training programme From PA to VA.

If you’re thinking about getting support as you make a life or career change it’s crucial to do your homework to make sure a coach is the right fit for you. Read testimonials and make the most of a pre-sign up chat to see if you have good chemistry too. Dig beyond the social media ads!
